PCSP Activation Process

 

Activate the "New, Pending" plan.

Create an Addendum to the "Active" plan

 

The data stored in the PCSP is version controlled - meaning each time a new plan is created or a change is made to it, the data is distinctly identified by the version.  Another way of envisioning the versioning process is by considering it an addendum to the plan's original content.   

The versioning process is managed by "Activating" the plan.  When the plan is activated, a date/time is assigned to that version.  It allows the version to be kept set apart and remain independent from other plan versions.  The PCSP Report allows the user to select which version of the plan they want to see.
