Status Changes during Intake
The Person's status and status history are displayed on the "Main Consumer Screen". The Person's current status is displayed as part of the "Selected Person" in the top right hand corner of most screens in USTEPS. The status history is displayed on the "Main Consumer Screen".

During the Intake process, the Person's status will be "Intake". During the Intake process the Person's status can change in the following situations:
If the Person is found Eligible for Services, the Person will be placed on "Waiting List" status.
If the Person is found Not Eligible for Services, the Person will be placed on "Ineligible" status. The "Ineligible" status lasts for up to 90-days. If the status has not been updated during this time frame (e.g., found eligible) the status will automatically be updated to "Episode Closed".
If the Person's eligibility is sent to the supervisor/Eligibility Committee, the person will placed on "Eligibility Decision" status.
If the Person's 90-day Intake time expires, the person will be placed on "Inactivated" status. Please note the Person can be placed back into "Intake" status at any time and continue with the Intake Eligibility process.
