Describe the Person's Needs

The description of the person’s need represents an overview about what the Request for Services is intended to address.  It should give enough detailed information that anyone can understand what the nature of the need is, why it is new in the person's life, why the current array of services in the PCSP Budget are insufficient to resolve it, and what the Request is expected to accomplish.  The description should not ramble on.  Instead, it should be concise, clear and succinct.
