Respond to Criteria with Documentation
After the worker has loaded the documentation, they need to address each criterion by writing a justification that explains how the person satisfies it using the at least one document to substantiate the argument. Some service codes contain criteria that are all required without any optional choices. Other codes, however, have criteria that are conditional. Conditional means that a single criterion has multiple options (i.e. in the form of "one of the following") that can be used to address it.
When the worker writes the justification, they should explain in clear, succinct how the person satisfies the criterion. Likewise, when referencing the document attached to the criterion, the worker should clearly explain how and where it supports the justification.
