Successful PCSP Validation
1. The Restricted Service's rate and date range in the PCSP Budget match the same data in the Restricted Services screen.
In this situation, the PCSP validation process will allow the plan to activate because the prescription for the Restricted Service in the PCSP Budget matches the way it is authorized for use in the Restricted Services screen. Successful validation means the service code's rate is identical to what is authorized
Failed PCSP Validation
1. The Restricted Service is not in the PCSP Budget with matching dates.
In this situation, the PCSP validation process will prevent the plan from activating because the service code's dates in the PCSP Budget do not match the date range for the service specified in the Restricted Services screen.
2. The Restricted Service is not in the PCSP Budget with a matching rate.
In this situation, the PCSP validation process will prevent the plan from activating because the service code's rate in the PCSP Budget does not match the rate for the service specified in the Restricted Services screen.
