The log note report is a resource the worker can use to assess how many logs of a given type they have or have not written within a specific date range. The report is an important tool the worker can use to monitor their log notes because the search criteria can span their entire case load. Consequently, the worker can see in one glance what work they have done rather than reading through the logs of each person on their case load separately.
The Log Report is available on the Report Menu:
Clicking the Log Report option produces the Log Report Search screen:
Enter the
criteria for the report and then click .
( At least one Contact Type and one Log Report Type is required for the search).

Notice that
the search criteria can be displayed (as in the above example), or hidden,
by clicking on the "(Hide)" just below .
Also note that the report can be printed to your printer by clicking on
the
icon above the report date, on the upper right
side of the screen.
