If a mistake is made in loading the document with regard to the selected consumer who owns it, the document’s classification or its date, then the worker can correct the error(s) by following the instructions below:
If the worker realizes the electronic document they have selected is not correct for the consumer before it has been submitted, they can resolve the mistake in one of two places. First, during the selection process. Second, during the classification process.
a. Click on the “Cancel” button to discard all documents listed in the “Upload Documents” box.
b. Click on the button with the “cancel” symbol to discard the document listed on its left from the “Upload Documents” box.
Click on the “Delete” link listed in the “Delete File” column inside the table.
a. Click on the "Pencil" icon displayed in the "Edit File" column
b. Reselect the document category and/or change the document date.
c. Click on the blue "Check Mark" icon to finalize the classification and/or date change.
