Support Coordinator Additional Follow-up

DSPD may issue follow-up question regarding any Incident Report. The follow-up questions appear under the Additional Follow Up section, these questions should be answered by the assigned Support Coordinator as promptly as possible. The Incident Report cannot be resolved unless all follow up questions are answered and submitted successfully.
