Critical Incident Investigations
The Investigation tab in an Incident Report is only required for Incidents that have been classified by DSPD as either a "Level 1 or Level 2" critical incident.
The Investigation is completed and submitted by the individual's Support Coordinator/Administrative Case Manager. The Investigation must be completed within 10 business days of when the Incident was classified as a "Critical Level 1 or Level 2" Once the Incident has been deemed and classified as critical UPI will automatically generate an email to the assigned Support Coordinator/Administrative Case Manager indicating that an Investigation has been requested and providing the due date.
