Employee Caseloads

Employee Caseloads in the UPI organization structure refers to the set of People in services who are displayed when a user logs into the system.  That is, a logged-in  employee will have all People displayed who are placed in the organization structure at the same or a lower level than where the employee is placed.

For example, based on the employee and Person in services organization above, George (Assistant Director for the Northern Region), will see all people in services assigned to any level or program in the Northern Region.  George’s caseload would include:

Ann

Mary

Betty

Tom

Bob

Jerry

Tyler

Chad

Emily

Joey

Cathy

Clay

Nancy

In contrast, Bill, an employee assigned to Group Home A, will only see the following People when he logs in:

Ann

Mary

Betty

And Jane (assigned to Group Home A and Group Home B) would see:

The worker’s caseload includes the People in the same group and those that are in the groups below them in the organization.
