Request Statuses

 

Draft:  

The worker has created the Request.  But, they have not submitted it (i.e. the original submission has not taken place yet).



Review:  

The Request has been submitted by the support coordinator and it is waiting to be reviewed.



Agenda:

The Request has been moved to the Committee’s agenda.




Deferred:

The Request has been returned to the Support Coordinator for clarification.



Closed:  

All of the services in the Request have been resolved (i.e. “Approved”, “Denied” or “Rescinded”).

 

Closed Inactive:

The request was left in "Deferred" status for more than 30 days without being resubmitted by the support coordinator.
