Budget Line Statuses
Service code criteria and budget lines have their own statuses. Each status is defined for their respective purpose and capability.
Statuses for Criteria:
In-Process:
The criterion or the budget line has not been classified yet with a status (i.e. the Request has been submitted, but the Reviewer has not saved a status to the criterion or the budget line).
Insufficient:
The criterion or the budget line contains information that is incomplete, unclear or otherwise in need of further clarification by the support coordinator.
Refer to the Committee (RTC):
The Reviewer has determined the service code’s criteria and budget line are ready to be reviewed by the committee.
Accepted:
The Reviewer agrees the person satisfies the service code criteria in the Request.
Rejected:
The Reviewer does not agrees the person satisfies the service code criteria in the Request.
Rescinded:
The support coordinator chose to rescind the service code and its associated criteria from the request.
Statuses for Budget Lines:
In-Process:
The criterion or the budget line has not been classified yet with a status (i.e. the Request has been submitted, but the Reviewer has not saved a status to the criterion or the budget line).
Insufficient:
The criterion or the budget line contains information that is incomplete, unclear or otherwise in need of further clarification by the support coordinator.
Refer to the Committee (RTC):
The Reviewer has determined the service code’s criteria and/or budget line are ready to be reviewed by the committee.
Approved:
The Reviewer decided the service code’s dates, rate and units are appropriate for the person in the Request.
(note: this is allowed when the overall dollars < $5000)
Denied:
The Reviewer decided the service code’s dates, rate and/or units are not appropriate for the person in the Request.
(note: this is allowed when the overall dollars < $5000)
Modified Approval:
The service code’s dates, rate or units in the Request have been changed
(note: this is allowed when the overall dollars < $5000)
Rescinded:
The support coordinator chose to rescind the service code and its associated criteria from the request.
